We operate the Programme but we are not a retailer or a bookmaker. We do not sell or supply any of the products or services that you may spend your Points on when making a purchase with our Retail Partners and any contract to purchase goods and services is between you and our Retail Partners. We are also not in a partnership with them in a legal sense which means we are not liable for what they do.

If any disputes or issues arise in connection with any products or services that you purchase from our Retail Partners then your rights and remedies are against them and not us and we accept no liability for any claims that may arise.
